One day a hip busy, on-the-go, creative, and energetic young urbanite, fresh out of college said one of those magical "I wish"... and the iLoad™ was born.

To her Dad, an energetic and creative guy, she said, "Dad, doesn't it seem nuts that I can't get music onto my new iPod® without having to bootup and mess with a PC? I sure wish there was a way for me to just enjoy all of my music without the whole computer thing."

The rest is history. Dad couldn't get her words out of his mind. He thought about the other people who might want to "X" the PC out of the equation. People who sit at their PCs all day and maybe want to try something different at night. People who love music but don't love sitting at their PC and futzing with playlists. Busy people who don't want to bother with the PC. The list was endless.

Together Dad and daughter sketched out their idea for their perfect product - a product as easy to use as a CD player that would move music to any digital music player. It would be inexpensive and it would be fast. It would be an iLoad™ - to be enjoyed by anyone who does it "for the music."
